Commissioner Training (Evening Session 1) 2019 – Leadership & Vision – York

|Who for?||District and division commissioners and commissioner mentors.|

This is one of three training sessions which are designed for commissioners within their first 12-18 months in their role, but more experienced commissioners and commissioner mentors are also welcome to participate to refresh their knowledge.
The three sessions are each on a different aspect of the commissioner’s role. This session is on the topic of Leadership & Vision. You will explore your role in leading the District/Division team in delivering good guiding. All new commissioners or commissioners who have previously not attended trainings are encouraged to attend all three if at all possible.
All three sessions will also be available as a full day’s training in Barnsley on 13 April 2019.
|New commissioners will be able to gain an all-round view of the role by attending all three sessions. Longer-serving commissioners may like to dip into particular sessions to refresh their knowledge or meet a particular need. The sessions are also open to commissioner mentors.|
