What? A Safe Space Level 4 virtual training over two sessions

When? Saturday 14 May. 10am-2.30pm (with lunch break)

Where? Online - we will be using a Zoom platform for these sessions

Who for? Commissioners and commissioner mentors

How much? Virtual A Safe Space trainings will be free of charge whilst we are still in the pilot phase of developing the virtual training

A Safe Space level 4 training is for commissioners and commissioner mentors.  This course may also be suitable for some other roles - please check with the region office if you have any questions.

If you're not familiar with Zoom or with virtual trainings, please don't worry. We'll be offering tips about how to get started and a chance to come to a familiarisation session before the training.

Please note that before taking this course, you must have completed A Safe Space levels 1-3.  Please visit the Girlguiding website for more details about all levels of A Safe Space training and links to online learning.

We aren't charging for this event, but we do still need you to book a ticket as places are limited. We are also anticipating a high demand for these sessions, so please do not book unless you are certain you will be able to attend. If you book and an emergency arises meaning you cannot attend please email the region office so that we can offer your place to someone else. Please also let us know if you try to book but find there are no tickets left, so we can add you to a waiting list and/or let you know about future sessions. We reserve the right to charge for bookings cancelled at short notice, without good reason, or where trainees don't attend on the day.
