Girlguiding North East England is running a topic training. To attend the training you should be aged 14-25 and have already attended a basic skills training.
This training is designed for current Peer Educators and is aimed at introducing you to the 'Think Resilient' topic.
Think Resilient is designed to build mental well-being and grow resilience in Brownies, Guides and Rangers. Resilience helps girls cope when they're faced with the pressures of everyday life - whether that's in their schools, families or friendship groups - so that they can have fun, take new opportunities and have good mental wellbeing.
The training is £7.50. Please bring a packed lunch.
Unfortunately we cannot pay travel expenses for this event. However, you may be able to claim back through your unit or county, so ask around!
