This is a session for all training organisers to help to plan and deliver the best training for your county. If your county doesn't have a Training Organiser then county administrators may find this event useful.  

The session will cover

• How to decide on your training needs
• How to find the best trainers for the job
• Timescales and publicity for the event
• Booking and preparing a venue.
