ICE 25 – Selection Weekend
What? Selection Weekend for ICE (International Community Experience) in Summer 2025
When? Friday 20 September (Evening) – Sunday 22 September 2024 (2 pm)
Where? Bradley Wood Scout Campsite and Activity Centre, Shepherds Thorn Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3TU
Who for? Young Members successful in the ballot for the ICE trip in 2025
How much? £60 to include indoor accommodation and fully catered
This is the Selection Weekend for girls who were successful in the ballot and wishing to be selected for the Girlguiding North East England ICE (International Community Experience) trip in Summer 2025.
This weekend is residential with indoor accommodation and fully catered.
Drop off on Friday is ideally between 6-7 pm but we appreciate some participants are travelling a long distance after school/work so a later arrival is not a problem. Collection will be 2.00 pm Sunday.

Ticket sales will close at 23.30 on Sunday 23 June 2024.
Payments can be made via Paypal, card or BACS. If you wish to pay by card make sure you click on the ‘Debit or Credit Card’ link just below the ‘Paypal’ one. If you wish to pay by BACS click on the dropdown arrow next to ‘Pay by paypal’ and it will give you the BACS option. BACS payments must be received within 48 working hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking this ticket you are agreeing to the Girlguiding North East England booking terms and conditions as follows.
Cancellation by Participant – Cancellation must be made via email or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office. No refunds are payable on cancellation.
Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England – Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation being made by Girlguiding North East England a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
