Girlguiding North East England is running a topic training. To attend the training you should be aged 14-25 and must have already attended a basic skills training.
This training is designed for current Peer Educators and is aimed at introducing you to the ‘Think Resilient’ topic. If you are not yet a Peer Educator but are interested in becoming one we have a training just for you – please visit this Eventbrite page to find out more!
Think Resilient is designed to build mental well-being and grow resilience in Brownies, Guides and Rangers. Resilience helps girls cope when they’re faced with the pressures of everyday life – whether that’s in their schools, families or friendship groups – so that they can have fun, take new opportunities and have good mental wellbeing.
The training is £10 and will include lunch and all resources.
Unfortunately we cannot pay travel expenses for this event. However, you may be able to claim back through your unit or county, so ask around!

Payments can be made via card or BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please tick the ‘Pay by Invoice’ option on booking and you will be supplied with our bank details for a BACS payment – you will not be sent an invoice. BACS payments must be received within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

By booking this ticket you are agreeing to the Girlguiding North East England booking terms and conditions as follows.
The full cost of the event is given in the event information and is to be paid at the time of booking. This ticket is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Participant – Cancellation must be made via email or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office. No refund will be made for cancelled bookings.
Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England – Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation being made by Girlguiding North East England a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
