Who for? Members of Girlguiding North East England who are Guides, Rangers or Young leaders and also adult volunteers including members of Inspire and Trefoil.
How much? £20 to include an event badge, activities and a goody bag.

The wide game will be carried out in small groups of 6-8 people (including a leader if with young members) but you may book as a larger group and split nearer the time when we will get in touch to organise groups.
Join us in a closed Facebook group to air and share ideas to help with your event planning or keep a look out on the region website for our Zoom information sessions on the event!
How to apply?
Please complete the ‘bookings’ section below. One ticket will be required for each person participating in the event.
All bookings are subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions shown below.
Ticket sales will close at 11.30 pm on 30 March 2025.
Payments can be made via Paypal, card, cheque or BACS. If you wish to pay by Paypal transfer or card make sure you click on the ‘Paypal’ button as they process our card payments for us – you will be taken to a card payment section. If you wish to pay by cheque or BACS click on the dropdown arrow next to ‘Pay by paypal’ and it will give you the cheque and BACS option. If you pay by BACS please use the reference ‘Postcards’ on your payment. BACS and cheque payments must be received within 48 working hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking this ticket you are agreeing to the Girlguiding North East England booking terms and conditions as follows.
Cancellation by Participant – Cancellation must be made via email or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office. No refunds are payable on cancellation by the Participant.
Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England – Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation being made by Girlguiding North East England a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
This event is open only to current members of the Guide section upwards – unfortunately Rainbows and Brownies are unable to attend.
The £20 ticket price is for the Postcards to Brussels game only. Ticket holders are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, insurance, meals, etc.
If you reallocate any of your tickets to another group, you must let sharron.little@girlguidingnortheast.org.uk know so that the numbers held at Girlguiding North East England can be updated. This is so that we can make up packs with the right number of badges, etc. and if you have not informed us then Girlguiding North East England cannot be held responsible for groups receiving the wrong number of items.
The Covid-19 situation will be monitored closely to ensure the right balance between the running of the event and the current situation, and the event may be cancelled at short notice. Please be aware that Girlguiding North East England are unable to cover financial losses for equipment, transport, etc.
