Name of Walk: A Walk around Moughton Scar and Norber Erratics.

Date and Time: Sunday March 24 meet 9.45 for 10.00am start.

Meeting Point: Austwick School, SD768686, LA28BN,  Map Explorer OL2, Yorkshire Dales South &  West. Parking near the school or by the bridge over Austwick Beck.  Nearest Toilets, Settle.

Approximate length of walk/difficulty level: 13.0 km, total ascent 370m, L2/ L3.

Details: From the school take the road north to reach the track . Turn right to pick up the footpath on the left. Follow across the fields to the ford. Turn right on the track to pick up FP on left we are aiming to climb Studrigg scar. There is a Path on the ground.  Up onto 427 spot height and then across to Moughton Scar, Beggars Stile and Thieves Moss.Take the Bridleway towards Long Scar and then head toward Crummack, but take the fence line before Crummack to head to Norber  Take the footpath back to Austwick
