Tell me more …

Young leaders are the future of Girlguiding, so it is important we value them and support their personal development. The Girlguiding young leader development programme (YLDP) has been designed to support young leaders in developing the skills they will need to become a successful leader. We’ll have a conversation about how you can help your young leader access the YLDP including:

• An overview of the YLDP modules
• How young leaders complete the YLDP
• How can you/other adult leaders in their unit can support them
• Crossovers with the adult LDP
• Other opportunities available to young volunteers
