Queen’s Guide Award.
The Queen’s Guide award is the highest award you can work towards in guiding. It is open to members aged 16 to 30 and must be completed within three years from the start date or before your 31th birthday, whichever is sooner.
The Queen’s Guide award gives you the chance to develop your skills, whilst contributing to guiding and your local community at an impressive level.
If you are also completing your DofE Gold award, you can also link it to these requirements too.
It is a fantastic achievement and is very highly regarding not just within guiding, but also by employers and higher education institutions.
At region we provide opportunities for young members to get involved with projects which will help towards their Queen’s Guide award. This may include being part of a Task and Finish group for a region-led event or contributing to a specific project.
